Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your hydration journey, but if you are not satisfied with your Cirkul products, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused merchandise. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, Sip cartridges must be in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and purchased directly from the Cirkul website within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer experience team via the help center to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at your local carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
